Rental

The House of Expats team ensures that you are completely unburdened during the process of renting out your house. We will visit you for an introductory meeting, discuss the plan with you in detail and ensure that your home is presented as well as possible on various media.

For your convenience, we offer two payment options for the rental fee. You can decide to pay the brokerage fee with a one-off payment. This option is also the most common. You can also choose to have this settled with the rent payments of your tenant. As an extra service with this option, we take care of collecting the rent and implementing the annual rent increases.

Included services:

Property management

After we have found a suitable tenant for you, you can also come to us for maintenance and management of the rented house. We offer several services for this. For example, we have a 24-hour hotline for the tenant, so that he can be helped immediately with any questions, uncertainties or problems. In addition, we carry out the financial management so that you can submit the annual service charges in time. It is also possible to have the bills for gas, water and electricity processed by us if you have included this as an advance. Both you and the tenant have access to a personal portal in which you can clearly see all the data, but can also find repair requests and payments.

The property management at The House of Expats includes the following activities:

  • Concluding and maintaining maintenance contracts
  • Supervision of proper compliance with maintenance contracts
